A 34-year-old plaintiff was riding his motorcycle behind a vehicle when the vehicle made a U-turn in front of him causing the motorcyclist to be thrown over the hood of the defendant's car. Ultimately, the accident caused the plaintiff to suffer an eye laceration and several fractures throughout the body. Further, the damage to the plaintiff's left hand requires surgical fusion surgery.
