While at this facility, a certified nursing assistant was attempting to transfer him to a bed when the plaintiff heard and felt a loud pop in his left femur. Shortly after, it was discovered that the plaintiff had sustained a fracture to his femur and was forced to undergo another surgery, resulting in a lengthy recovery period.
