Jeffrey Milman to Speak at Orange County Trial Lawyers Association Event
Jeffrey Milman will speak on the panel, "Collateral Source: Howell v. Hamilton Meats, New Medicare Set-Aside Rules & ObamaCare," presented by the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association on March 22, 2012 at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club. Mr. Milman will discuss the effects of the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act upon litigants and their attorneys. He will also discuss litigation strategy and future medical care, Life Care Plans and reimbursement issues.
