Victim of Bicycle-Automobile Collision; Settled For $120,000
While bicycling southbound in Beverly Hills, CA, a male plaintiff was struck by a driver, who was in a Toyota RAV 4 and made a left turn directly into the plaintiff's path. As a result of the collision, the plaintiff suffered several serious injuries, including a fractured hyoid (the neck bone that serves as an anchor for the tongue) and multiple lost teeth, which required several root canals. Represented by Jeffrey A. Milman of Hodes Milman , the plaintiff settled for his $100,000 insurance policy, as well as an additional $20,000 paid by the defendant.
