According to a Huffington Post article, Plum Organics has issued a recall for some of its baby food products due to the possibility that the items have been compromised by a "manufacturing defect," leading to spoilage that could sicken babies.

The items affected by the recall are part of the company's Baby Stage 2, Tots Mish Mash and Kids lines, with best-by dates ranging from August 5, 2014 to December 8, 2014, and the letters "AT" on the label. Consumers who have purchased recalled products are encouraged to contact Plum Organics at 866-495-3774 for a replacement voucher.

Parents are warned that children who consume the tainted products may suffer from nausea or diarrhea.

If your child has suffered as the result of a defective food product, contact the product liability attorneys at Hodes Milman at (949) 640-8222 or online at verdictvictory.com today for more information.
